These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ASVABIFY, operated by Daniel Antezana ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of asvabify.com, asvabify.app, and any related app or service (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What ASVABIFY is
ASVABIFY is a test-prep course for the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery), with interactive lessons, a practice-test bank, progress tracking, and an English-vocabulary immersion module for Spanish speakers.
ASVABIFY is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, USMEPCOM, or any branch of the Armed Forces. ASVAB is a trademark of the U.S. Department of Defense; we use it only to describe the test this course prepares you for. Nothing in the Service guarantees enlistment, qualification for a specific branch, or any particular score — minimum scores per branch are set by each military branch and can change based on their recruiting needs; always confirm the current minimum with your official recruiter.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're between 13 and 17, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and, specifically, to make any purchase — that adult accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any charges. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 gave us personal information, contact us (section 12) and we'll delete it.
3. Your account
- You can create an account with Google or with Sign in with Apple. There are no passwords to create or remember. Sign in with Apple supports Hide My Email if you'd rather not share your address.
- You're responsible for keeping access to your Google or Apple account, since that's the only way to sign in — there's no password to lose or recover separately.
- One account is for one person. Don't share, sell, or transfer your access.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the app. See section 10 of our Privacy Policy for what gets deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately, as described in section 5.
4. Plans, pricing, and payments
We sell access two different ways, and which one applies to you depends on where you bought it.
In the iOS app (App Store). ASVABIFY Elite Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription with a duration of one month. The price is shown on the plan screen before you confirm and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for another month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, and restore a previous purchase from Profile → Restore purchases in the app.
On this website. We offer one-time-payment plans that do not auto-renew: you buy a fixed access period (e.g., 6 or 12 months) that won't be re-charged when it expires. These are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — that's handled directly by Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice for future purchases; a price change never affects a plan you already bought or a subscription period already paid for.
- When a one-time plan expires, or a subscription lapses, your access returns to the free tier; your saved progress is not deleted because of that.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Subscriptions bought in the iOS app. Cancel at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ASVABIFY → Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — we can't issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you bought with.
One-time plans bought on this website. These aren't recurring, so there's nothing to "cancel" in the sense of stopping future charges — they simply don't renew. Regarding refunds on a purchase already made:
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven't completed more than 20% of the lessons in the plan you bought. After that window, or beyond that usage, purchases are final, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction gives you a different right (for example, certain California consumer protections), in which case that law controls.
- To request a refund, write to the address in section 12 from the email associated with your account.
- We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests outside this window on a case-by-case basis, without that creating an obligation to do so in the future.
6. Acceptable use
By using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or publish course content (lessons, audio, practice-test bank, guides) outside your personal account.
- Attempt to extract, bulk-download, or scrape paid content (what we describe technically as "curl and walk away with the whole course" is exactly what's not allowed, and we actively block it server-side).
- Share your session or login credentials with anyone else.
- Use the Service to train, feed, or build another AI model or product without our written permission.
- Attempt to bypass, evade, or manipulate the access system, the free-sample gate, or the payment system.
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund, if the violation involves bad faith (for example, redistributing the content).
7. Intellectual property
All course content — lessons, scripts, audio, illustrations, the practice-test bank, the teaching methodology — is owned by ASVABIFY or its licensors, and is protected by copyright. Buying a plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while your access is active — it does not transfer any ownership of the content to you.
Every practice question and explanation is written by us, based on public information about the subjects the ASVAB covers. We do not reproduce, copy, or distribute questions from the official ASVAB, nor any material owned by the U.S. Department of Defense or its test providers. Any score or percentile the Service shows you is a study estimate produced by our own model, not an official ASVAB result. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us (section 12) and we will review it and remove it if the claim is valid.
8. AI-powered features
Some parts of the Service use third-party AI models (currently Anthropic) to generate text, such as your personalized study-plan summary based on your profile data (target branch, available time, exam date). That text is auto-generated from fixed rules and data we already computed — the AI doesn't decide your plan, it only writes it up. It may occasionally contain wording errors or inaccuracies; don't treat it as definitive military, legal, or educational advice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. We do not guarantee any specific ASVAB score or enlistment outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASVABIFY AND DANIEL ANTEZANA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll announce it in the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
